Who can join EngineerUp?
The EngineerUp membership is catered to civil engineers, architects, & civil professionals such as surveying, environmental permitting and CAD to have a platform to connect with people who need their services. Professionals join EngineerUp and the people needing their services can find them completely for free without needing to join.
What sized projects should I expect to get through EngineerUp?
EngineerUp was created to solve a common problem: individual people needed professional services, but companies were not able to accommodate them at a price point that was reasonable for the average person. With firms considering company overhead, projects need to be of a certain size, which results in the turning away of many (sometimes desperate) people. We expect that the majority of projects found through our platform to be smaller in nature — less than $10,000.
What kind of resources are available to me as a member?

How do I report an issue with my subscription?
We always assume and hope there will never be an issue, but if there ever is, please either head to the Contact Us page and fill out the form or send an email to contact@engineer-up.com and our team would be happy to assist you!
When can I expect my listing to go live on EngineerUp?
Once you sign up to EngineerUp, our team will send you an email to get your profile set up. We will take your information, verify your licensure if you have any, and set up your profile on our site. (Please give us 48 hours to set up the profile and make it live.)
Does EngineerUp take a cut of my revenue? Any additional fees or costs?
Nope! EngineerUp only takes the monthly membership fee. There are no percentages, cuts, or commissions taken on any of your projects that you get through EngineerUp. We also do not charge anything to customers for seeking or using your services through our platform.
